Intro to Climbing
Do you want to get into climbing but you're not sure how?
Drop in on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm for an introduction climbing class with Blake. You'll be guided through warm up exercises, stretches and learn climbing techniques to quickly improve your climbing.
No reservation necessary.
Calisthenics is a form of exercise that uses your own body rather than equipment to increase your strength, fitness, and flexibility.
If you're looking to get in shape, or a new group to exercise with, join Josh's classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 715pm, and Fridays at 6pm.

We’re here for climbers of all skill levels. This is a great place to start for new climbers who are just getting started. Our staff will show you the ropes.
Advanced climbers will find plenty of challenging routes as well in our rock gym. Our route setters are some of the best in Texas and our cave wall creates awesome unique climbs. Enough square feet of bouldering terrain for an excellent workout.
The District also offers a weight room, tumbling area, aerial silk, acrobatics, parkour, calisthenics, and AcroYoga.
Drop in for a day pass or sign-up for a membership. We rent shoes and climbing gear. We look forward to climbing with you!
